Partnership for Ambassador Training (P.A.T.)

Partnership for Ambassador Training (P.A.T.) is a ministry of the Scott Free Clinic that provides ongoing ministry and support to the “Relational Evangelism” course taught by John Hendee through the eight-week online course he teaches through Hope International University (HIU) in Fullerton, CA. The P.A.T. vision, mission, and services offered are as follows:

“So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us …” – 2 Cor. 5:20a

Vision – Equipping Christians around the world to live their lives as ambassadors for Jesus Christ who are effectively engaged in making and maturing disciple-making disciples.
Mission – Equip Christians internationally to make disciples of Jesus Christ using the IAAR model for disciple-making.

Services:

  • Training – Partner with Hope International University (HIU) to provide IAAR model training to Christians, churches, and organizations through an online course offering through HIU and an HIU-led consortium of colleges and universities.
  • Support – Launch and maintain a support and coaching network of Christian ambassadors who have completed the IAAR course offered through HIU to help course participants successfully implement their training in the field once they leave the virtual classroom environment.
  • Consulting – Provide consulting to churches and organizations to assist them in successfully transitioning into becoming disciple-making churches and organizations.
  • Companion Materials – Generate ancillary materials in printed and digital format that support and further the accomplishment of the ministry’s Vision and Mission.
